Great for small cars, I have a VW Jetta and had a difficult time finding a rear facing convertible that fit. The head rest can be removed for rear facing so it fit perfectly. My son is very comfortable in this seat, he was 6 months when we first purchased and is now 13 months forward facing. I am about to purchase an identical one for our newborn. Definitely recommend without hesitation!!!2010-01-21

Bought 2 seats about 1 month ago when the infant bucket was getting too small. You definity want to read the instruction and get familiar with the seat before installing it. Right now I have them in a rear-facing without the headrest. it took me a while to figure out how to position the latches but once you get it it's very easy.
I do have to agree that it was difficult to tighten or loosen the harness in the rear-facing position because the release button is blocked by the seat. But since you cannot do that with the infant bucket anyway so that's really no different.
So far my girls seemed to be very comfortable with the car seat... unlike the infant bucket, they aren't fighting against when I put them in. If they are happy with the seat, so am I, especially I purchased them here, much cheaper than what was shown in Babies R Us.2010-01-19

I got this seat over a year ago, and loved it. Installed fairly easy, loved that the seat belt is secured in the car seat and not just belted through. It fit ok backwards in my jeep ( not in my husbands jetta though) and fit great foward in both cars. Now a year and a half later my daughter who is 2 1/2 about 27 lbs (50% percent) and average height is not comfortable in it. I had to take out the extra padding because the belts were too tight, mainly the crotch belt which i later found out to have always been on the longer setting ( it really needs like 2 more notches). And this winter when she has her coat on the belts are all the way out and it bairly fits, so i don't have faith that this seat will last much longer for her. );2010-01-19

I bought this car seat for my son when he was about 6 months old. He was already almost out of the car seat that came with the stroller. It is comfortable for him and allows for room for growth. It is also easy to install in the car and relatively easy to clean the microfiber cushion cover. My son is now 18 months and still has room to grow in it. I plan to get a second one soon.2010-01-17

Incredibly easy to install, love the ease of adjusting the strap height and length. My son seems very comfortable in the seat. I've tried quite a few seats in the past and I just love how easy this one is to use. I bought it when he was a year old so I haven't tried all of the attachments for making an infant comfy in the seat, but they are all plush and will probably keep an infant very safe inthe seat. Even the chest clip buckle seems safer. My first son has gotten caught in the clips of other seats. I especially like that this seat will last much longer. The seat is large and fairly wide - my husband described it as the cadillac of car seats - but I drive a minivan so it isn't an issue for me. Would definitely recommend this seat.
