The placement of the armrests interferes with the seatbelt catch. My daughter also finds the armrests very uncomfortable. Other than the armrest issues, this seems to be a great booster seat. I love the fact that it features the latch system. If I could purchase this seat without armrests or with removable armrests, I definitely would. As it is, the arm rests are a deal breaker. I'm returning this seat.

Two minor complaints -- no cupholder & is wider than our other booster. The other one we have is a Britax where the back comes off. They're both just as comfortable. The biggest thing I appreciate about this Clek is the latch system. In the Britax, the seat would move when he gets in and out which sometimes will block the seat belt buckle so my son would not be able to buckle in.. I would have to get out of the car and move his seat -- huge inconvenience when the weather is extreme. Since the Clek is wider, it's hard to put someone in the middle.

When I purchased this seat I didn't read the specifications carefully enough. I thought it was priced less than another model just because of the padded armrests and color choices. In fact, the big difference between the two models is their release mechanisms. This seat requires you to press buttons located behind the armrests and under the seat backs on either side of the seat simultaneously to release, which is difficult. Since we intended for this seat to be used in my husband's car on an intermittent basis, this function is especially annoying. My advice - if you plan to remove the seat more than very infrequently, pay extra for the model with the quick release feature. Otherwise the seat seems to be good quality, well padded, and my grandaughter enjoys using it.

The Clek Ozzi booster seat is very nice. It is made of quality material and best of all attaches to the car's anchoring system! The only down side is the seat is a bit wide for my 5yr old, but this will allow him to use it until he can by law ride without a booster. Since we now have a no-back car seat, we did have to buy a seat belt repositioner so that the seat belt is not too close to my child's neck. (This was not an issue with our previous seat which had a back.)
Though this seat is a bit pricey, I feel it is worth the cost and I will recommend it to others.
