Booster is light and easy to move around, simple to buckle up, cleans easy, looks good. My 4y.o. daughter thinks it is comfy and her legs dont fall asleep on long drives (good padding), loves the snack/toy holders and lights. My only complaint is her head does bobble when sleeping so we prop up a pillow on the door for her to lean agianst- thing is, I bobble when I sleep in the car too.

They had outgrown their infant restraint seats, but regular booster seats did not provide enough support or protection. After reading reviews, we found Evenflo's Big Kid's DLX Booster Seat to be a good purchase, plus Amazon's free shipping was available. We had three of these seats shipped for free to our grandchildren. They are proud of their seats and they especially like the activity lights on each side of the seat. Their parents like the practical microfiber covering in a neutral color, cactus (a/k/a taupe a/k/a beige). We like the seats because if the grandchildren fall asleep during long rides, they can rest their heads on the side rests of the seats. Be sure and have AAA batteries on hand because your child or grandchild will want to turn on the activity lights "right now." An added attraction is that the box the seat is shipped in can be used for a tiny playhouse!

I had bought a similar model at Target and ordered this one. Comparing at home, this one was made with a better quality fabric that looks like it'll hold up much better and the seat had more padding. My daughter loves this seat and it's two cup and snack holders. Only complaint, no head support when she falls asleep. Her head and upper body just flop over. She still sleeps but it looks terribly uncomfortable. I think we'll try one of those u-shaped neck pillows and see if that helps. The lights are ingenious, don't know why other models don't have them.

When I bought this seat my son had just turned 4. I was looking for a booster that was going to be padded and comfortable and I went to several stores and I ready many reviews. The DLX Booster was by far the most padded and comfortable that we found. The one we bought was a dark and light gray (which hides the occassional spill). There were other boosters that were monster sized with padding but they looked more like car seats and defeated the purpose of getting the seat from one car to another with ease. The seat has a strap that you attach to the car seatbelt and it holds the seat belt down away from the neck at a great angle so as not to cause discomfort or burn in the event of an accident. The top (back support)of the Evenflo DLX Booster seat is high enough so the head can rest on it. The back is easily detachable for future use when he is using only the seat. This particular booster (DLX model) comes with little lights on the side which was a great selling point (ironically we have not used yet). The seat is extremely light and not flimsy. The downside... When I was reading reviews on this booster alot of the parents said that their child's head did not flop or hang down when they fell asleep. My boy's head lolled forward and sideways in his carseat and now does the same in the booster. I use the little neck support cushion that I had when he was a baby and that works fine. I highly recommend this booster seat.

I purchased this for my seven year old. She is average size and fits just fine. I really like the drink holder because it can accomodate any shape drink. It looks like it will be easy to wipe clean. Compared to others that I tested at stores, this had the best cushion for the price.

My 6-year-old daughter and I are very happy with this booster seat. She is big for her age, and this seat is so much roomier than the one we had. No more struggling to buckle the seat when placing it across her lap under the arm of the seat. She likes the drink holders, and pink is her favorite color. I think it will be easier to keep clean as well.

I really liked this seat. Loved the blue color and shiny finish. The elastic strap around the two cup holders on each side was nice to accommodate all sizes and shapes of cups.



Overall the base/seat was a good size, a little smaller than the previous seat we normally use which was good because we were in a smaller car than usual. Of course if you have a small back seat and try to use it in the middle it would be wider than the seat area allotted for the middle person. Which leaves the people on each side a little cramped. This also makes the seat belt a little harder and trickier to latch. But it definitely served its purpose and was lightweight and easy to transfer from car to car as needed.



I bought this seat sight unseen from Amazon. I had never heard about it before my search and based my purchase off of the other reviews. I am glad I purchased this booster seat and had no regrets or buyers remorse. It was exactly what I needed and wanted.



My child really liked the arm rests, but did not like how the arm rests were rounded and made their arms slide off sometimes with different sitting positions.



Overall, I would highly recommend this seat for your big kid!

I got this seat for my second child after reading the reviews and trying to save a little money over the Graco brand. I found that the seat does not compare to Graco whatsoever, the plastic seems thinner, all the parts kind of wiggle and the head-rest if useless, my little one's head pushes past it when she falls asleep and goes completely sideways. That makes me think seriously about safety. Graco does not have that issue and to make sure it was the chair and not my little one's heave head :) I made her use her big sister's booster seat and she did not have that kind of issues on it. Also, once the child seats, the side trays cannot be opened without adult help (and it is even hard for me to do it). I am returning this Evenflo and shopping for a Graco today and happily paying the difference for safety and comfort's sake.

seems to fit well-shoulder strap goes across my daughter fine (she's 3 1/2). Easy to clean. Only don't like the fact that the sides of head rest do not go out far enough to catch her head when she falls asleep in the car on road trips. She slumps right over so I have to use a pillow to keep her propped up.

We love these boosters! It's all about the cupholders and armrests. Love that the cupholders have lots of room and they slide in when we don't need them. And, love that the armrests move up and out of the way if needed. We have 2 kids and 4 Evenflo boosters (2 for each car). We've tried the Graco ones and they went back to the store.
