I am a special education teacher. My student's have multiple disabilities and been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, mental retardation, and global developmental delay. This toy has serve its purpose in which has made students react to the bottoms on this toy. They normally do not react to stimulus this toy has been great tool in the classroom. My name is Buelo I'm writing this on behalf of Grand Daughter T.
I am 3 months old and this toy was an instant hit. When it arrived I was very fussy and had decided to irratate everyone around me by trying for the Guiness World Book records in competitive marathon crying. When the toy arrived it's sounds and motions distracted me and I stopped crying. When I get used to this top I'll be trying for the record again. Love, Grandaughter T.

This toy is a great idea for early development and strong kickers! However, our crib is a sleigh bed design and didn't really work with the design of this product. We later used it on the floor though.

The sounds are loud and I like the option of being able to use the music inthree different ways. The only problme is that there doesn't seem to be enough surface area for my son to hit the keys and get it going. But other than that I love the piano. It is great for tummy time too!!

My daughter loved this from about 4 mos. to 9-10 mos. She kicked away at it. The music is very pleasant (classical!) , has volume control, and 3 different settings.
Like some people have said, it would be nice, maybe in future versions, to have alternative ways to mount it, or a stand of some sort for playing on the floor or something. My daugher also played with it when she was a little older, by holding it on her lap and pressing the keys. Since, as with most baby toys, it's still in great shape, I'm passing it along at a baby shower this weekend. I just hope my daughter, now 14 mos. doesn't pitch a fit when the mother-to-be opens it! We'll both be sad to see it go. It's one of those things.
Deinitely recommended!
