I have not used the net or the toy rings yet, but the plastic cover and the bag are great. Plastic cover keeps my baby protected from the wind, and it has some holes on the sides to maintain the air circulation.
I bought it for my Jeep Liberty stroller, and it fits just fine (except rings, not sure where to put those).

Wonderful. The bug netting works great on our car seat/carrier too. It comes with toys, the rain cover, the bug netting, and a convenient bag that attaches to the back of the stroller that has room in in to carry everything in the kit and more.
