 "great product" 2009-06-30
By S. Duncan
This came in very handy when my son was small - and I've heard from friends that it's even more useful for baby #2 or 3 - so you can hold older siblings' hands, etc. It does get heavy but was great for quick errands such as running into the bank. Hands free and easy to see the baby's face and interact more than without it. I received this as a gift and was very appreciative!

"Mom of 3- highly recommend!" 2009-04-11
By Marie Troyer (Binghamton, NY)
I love this carrier and it's become one of those things I don't know what I would do without! I purchased this for my third child and have found it to be invaluable when having to hold two little hands and carry the car seat (for ex. going from the parking lot into the gym, doctors, preschool, church, houses etc.). I find it even preferable to carrying the car seat with two hands when I'm alone. No bending at awkward angles to keep it from hitting your leg when attempting the one handed method or having your hands full when carrying it with both. I can carry my cup or unlock the car without having to set the seat on the ground. It's made of very thick and sturdy material and I've never felt it was unsafe when used correctly, you have to make sure that when you pick it up by the strap it's not caught on another part of the seat otherwise the seat could be tilted at an angle that could cause the baby to fall out if they weren't buckled.

Only things I'm not crazy about: you do have to attach it to the seat permanently with the velcro strips it includes so if you decide to buy another seat you have to purchase a new carrier. Sometimes it's hard to angle yourself through narrow doorways without bumping them which can be kind of embarrassing but same story without the strap. It makes it hard to see in front and below you, right about the height of a dawdling shorter sibling so I sometimes end up bonking them in the head. The package might lead one to believe that you could use it in place of a stroller at the mall, untrue. While it is much more comfortable to carry the seat with it and I can carry it for longer periods of time without getting tired it does cause my shoulder to start to ache if I carry it longer than maybe 10 minutes. I get compliments everywhere I go and people want to know where they can get one and I've given two as shower gifts. An excellent invention!

 "EVERY PARENT NEEDS THIS" 2008-09-23
By Grace's Mama (San Diego, CA)
My daughter very quickly grew to be a large size. My arms and hands could not stand carrying her in a carseat any longer. It gets very bulky and cumbersome. This product made it a BREEZE!!! And it allowed my hands to be free to adjust the diaper bag, open doors, find my keys, etc. I am buying one for every pregnant friend I have!

 "It's a BIG help!" 2008-09-07
By Kimberly Peterson (Chicago, IL)
I live in Chicago where street parking [a few blocks from home] is a fact of life. My home is in a three flat apartment, on the third floor. I have a 20+ pound son and a ten pound car seat to carry up sixty stairs. If it wasn't for the Flying Falcon, I simply couldn't perform this feat day in, day out! Since getting the carrier, aching wrists and a sore back are things of the past.

I think that new parents never anticipate how heavy infant car seats are going to be. It doesn't seem to sink in until they're carrying the baby into their home for the first time, and they're like "Whoa, wait a minute..." I highly recommend this product to any parent! It makes a wonderful baby shower gift.

"Older Mom w/carpel tunnel and tennis elbow" 2008-09-01
By Military Wife (San Antonio)
If you have ANY wrist, elbow or shoulder problems (I'm 42) this is a MUST have. Pooh pooh on the nay sayers!! Don't listen to them! I wasn't sure about this product, but at 15 dollars thought I'd give it a try. I am soooo happy that I got it as my just barely 5 month old is now 20 pounds. I tend to stand straighter with this product. Trully, my back is always sore just from lifting my baby out of her crib.

Don't listen to those who had a hard time installing - silly ladies! Hint = Attach the velcro to the belt FIRST. Then line the thing up and hold it in place with one hand while the other peels off the sticky tab. It's a no brainer and took me all of 2 minutes to attach it.

Everytime I'm out and using this, I'm always asked where did I get it. I now have typed out the info on biz cards to hand out. THAT'S HOW MUCH PEOPLE FIND VALUE IN IT.

Whatdayamean it's not a "sub" for bonding. PLEASE ladies! We know that. Yet, I do interact w/my angel more when I'm using it. Why, because she's so close to my face. It's physics not child psychology. I'm in the military and CONSTANTLY standing in a line - so this is a godsend. EVEN seniors marvel at the ingenuity.

If you are on the fence with this product, spend the $15 (maybe $20 w/shipping). It's not like you're spending $50. Jeeze, I can barely buy myself lunch (w/tip) for $20. I'd happily give up my weekly lunch to experiment with a product.

Buy it, use it and be prepared for the "...where did you get that..."
