The product works properly, however the manner in which the instructions manual guides you through the installation process is incorrect.

These clips make getting a sleeping newborn out and about rather easy but take notice of the instruction supplement. The L and R on the clips refers to the sides of the seat if you are in the seat. If you put the clips on the wrong sides, you'll need someone extremely strong to yank them off... not something you'll want to be doing in a parking lot!
