Overall easy to install, easy to recline, and easy to manipulate the straps. Very comfortable and safe!

I bought this from Albee Baby in NYC. Albee Baby has free UPS Ground shipping for orders over $100. NYS forces online retailers to collect sales tax, even if they have no physical footprint in NYS. Therefore there was only one reason why I went to them versus buying it on Amazon (my preferred choice) - it was about $20 less.
That being said, this car seat is absolutely perfect if your car has a small backseat. We have a small SUV, so space is important. Some Britax models are very large, which is fine if you have the room or you have a large child. This is by far the easiest installation of a car seat. I tried it both with the seatbelt method and with the latch anchoring system that the new cars all have. Both ways are easy, although I like the latch method better because I could take my time without worrying about tension in the seatbelt.
My only regret is not buying the Roundabout 50 because this one is only good for 40 pounds. My almost 10 month old is about 20 pounds, so I'm fine now. Also we have an "Irish twin" arriving this month. So mostly likely this we eventually be the younger one's seat, and the older one will get a different model.
FYI - we were originally going to get a less expensive seat. Afterall, all car seats have to meet a certain minimum safety requirement. Spend the extra and get the Britax. It's worth it for the extra protection and you'll have no need to curse while installling a Britax.

I purchased this car seat specifically for airline use. We are Brits living abroad, curently in Australia and after doing some research we found that a car seat has to carry a sticker proclaiming it's approval for airline travel. Without this sticker most airlines will refuse it's use on board. I have a Britax seat bought in the UK (that does not display this sticker) that we have been very pleased with. They have an excellent saftey record and in my experience are relatively easy to fit. This was one of the reasons that we bought this Britax as apposed to any other airline approved brand. The fact it is also a nice slim design and can fit down the ailes of the plane while attached to a trolley was also a great plus point. (The car seat trolley is worth looking at if you are going to be doing a bit of airline travel, no more lugging a car seat, bags and child through check in & departure. Wheel it around plus or minus child, perfect!) [...].
It arrived very promptly at my friends place in the States. They very kindly posted it on to me here in Australia. (It's impossible to find a car seat available in Australia that has been approved for airline travel, why I don't know)
I love the cowmooflage design, very cute. My 21 month old son was very taken with it as it came out of the box. Cow, cow, cow he began chanting at the top of his voice. Just as a note I do like the bits of velcro that have been stiched onto the cover on the arm rests. They grab at the seat belt material when you pull them to the side in preperation for popping in your child. No more belts under bottoms, very handy.
I am due to use my seat on the plane in a months time. A girlfriend has bought the same seat for her daughter and recently flew to the Uk and back. She was extremley pleased with it and found it ok to fit, although she did make sure she understood how this would be fitted. I hope my experience is as good, I think it will be.

We own three britax car seats and have just got off the phone with customer service. The buckle no longer clicks into a locked position. They told us to clean the buckle and if that did not work we could buy a new set since it is not under warranty. The seat was manufactured in 2007 and I am not sure why it would be part of a warranty program as it is the main safety component of the seat. When you pay more for the supposed safety of Britax you think they would be alarmed and motivated to correct this problem instead of trying to make a few extra bucks.

We ordered this a month ago and just got around to installing it in our car when we discovered that the Latch system clearly visible in the picture and online videos is not included with our seat. This is a huge oversight. I will call the company to discuss further, but what a disappointment.
