 "carseat strap covers" 2010-06-23
By Carolyn S. Michelson (Springfield, Oregon)
These are so soft and the velcro fasteners really hold tight. When we first got them though, they were a little big for my grandson who was only 6lbs and a couple weeks old. They did fold in half easily, but then it made the cover even thicker and the velcro didn't have no place to stick to, plus he seemed to get hidden in the thickness. I can see us using them when he's a little older, like toddler age. But they are a bit too long for newborn infants. They're great for helping him hold his head up right and actually helps him strengthen those neck muscles. And when he falls asleep, he uses them just like a big fat soft pillow. They must be good, he even smiles in his sleep!!!

 "Wonderful" 2010-06-01
By D. Bismore
I love these strap covers. Before we had the kind that had an animal head on them, but my son couldn't comfortably rest his head and they didn't match. Once I received these we put them on right away. They continue to fit perfectly and I know he's comfy because he falls asleep so much easier & resting his head. The only thing which I imagine is with all strap covers it's hard to have a bib on the baby at the same time because it gets hot (my son sweats very easily). The bright side is his outfit still doesn't get wet because the strap covers absorb the drool. I love that they match, that's a big plus to me and they're soft as soon as you get them. Then they become even softer after you wash and dry them. No fading and the material is still in great shape (after many washes). Also, they Velcro around the straps so you do not have to go through the trouble of taking the straps apart.

 "Great Item" 2010-03-13
By Chris B. (Danbury, CT)
Used this for a trip across the country with a connecting flight and an 18 month old. We had to claim carseat after first flight and bring to new gate. It made our across the airport trek much easier. It is very sturdy. Does the job.

"essential for travel with the radian 65" 2010-02-25
By A. McGrath (Arizona, USA)
I have been on more than 40 flights with my now toddler, most of them without my husband. I bought 2 of these straps so I can put the radian 65 on my back as a backpack. This makes it possible for me to transport child, hand luggage and carseat. I think the purchase has paid for itself anyway, as without the straps I would have paid $3 for a trolley in every airport.

If you are travelling with this carseat, then do yourself a favour and invest another few dollars in 2 straps. Although getting one strap is helpful, you still have to balance a heavy carseat on one shoulder while bending down trying to control a toddler.

Oh, and I just leave them attached to the carseat when it is in the car, that way I don't lose them and I don't forget them for the next trip. They don't interfere with the latch or belt system, you just tuck them behind the carseat when you strap it in.

 "carry strap" 2010-01-31
By K. Pijanowski
We got this carry strap for a recent vacation, during which we flew three times with connections on each flight, so there was a lot of walking through the airport. I will say that I don't know how we would have done it without the strap. However, my husband found it uncomfortable, as it kept sliding off his shoulder. When I ordered the strap, I didn't realize that if I ordered two straps I could create a sort of back pack with the seat (the seat's manual shows you how to do this). I am definitely going to order a second strap to try that out. Otherwise, I think it would work best if you were willing to put the strap across your chest / over the opposite shoulder from the seat. The seat is very heavy so it will naturally pull off your shoulder if you just keep it on one side. However, having read reviews of the travel bags that are supposed to go with this product, I would stay away from that as an option. The only other idea I have for getting through an airport with this heavy seat is to buy one of those cheap fold up metal luggage carts and bungy cord the thing on or something. . .

 "Useless straps" 2008-12-21
By mathieu lupien (Boston, MA, USA)
The straps work but are useless. The car seat is too heavy for an easy transport with these straps. I would recommend using a carrying bag instead with proper shoulder straps above both shoulders.

So great to have for travelling. Makes carrying the rather heavy car seat much easier!

 "great product" 2010-01-31
By Miguel F. Toriz Chong (Panama City, Panama)
highly recommended

It really protects the neck and the shoulders of your babies. The safety belts of the safeseats usually irritates your baby.

Good price for a safety item. A must have for any parent using a Safeseat.

"product is good but the title is misleading" 2010-01-08
By R. Varakantam
when the title said 2 pack, I expected to have 2 sets of strap covers, like in 4 total. but when i received the item, it was only 2 strap covers, that is 1 pack.

 "We love these!" 2010-03-31
By tiny e (North Carolina)
We've used these in my 4-month-old daughter's car seat since she was born, and she loves them! They are so easy to put on and take off, and you can just throw them in the washing machine when they get dirty. They are very soft, and they must be tasty, too, because my daughter loves to lick them and "chew" them.

 "CUTE AND FUNCTIONAL!" 2010-03-10
By Lady Betty (Oh)
I LOVE THESE! I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THESE FOR MY NEWBORN SON, BUT THE WERE TO LARGE. SO WHEN MY 18 MONTH OLD NEICE CAME TO VISIT, I DECIDED TO TRY THEM OUT ON HER. SHE SLEPT LIKE AN ANGEL ON THEM WITHOUT HER HEAD BEING COCKED LIKE IT NORMALLY IS WITHOUT THEM. SHE WOKE UP HAPPIER THAN SHE NORMALLY DOES WITHOUT HEAD SUPPORT. NOW MY SON IS OLD ENOUGH AND THEY WORK GREAT!!

"Cushy but...pictures shown are SMALL babies" 2009-12-29
By Kira Corage (denver colorado)
i have these for my 7 month old.all pictures shown make these seem much longer so i thought itd be good for an older baby / toddler which was what i was searching for.. much shorter than i hoped but a bit longer then my old covers, plus much more padding so i have no more use for her head support which is awesome and give her infant seat some more room

"I wouldnt even use these if they were free!" 2009-12-08
By S T
i bought these bunny straps because i was looking for something soft to cover the straps in my newborns car seat. while they were indeed cute and soft, my baby hated them!! she cried every time i put her in the car seat and i couldnt figure out why. i finally realized it was because the straps would touch her face and she was trying to eat them! she was so frustrated! dont waste your money on these. and as i said in my title...even if these were free i still wouldnt use them.

"Is your child a crash test dummy?" 2009-12-01
By Nanny Lulu
NOT SAFE - DO NOT USE ANYTHING LIKE THIS!

Items like this have not been crash tested... are you willing to use your child as the test dummy? These covers interfere with the snugness of the straps, and the height of the chest clip. Harness straps should be worn SNUGLY against the child, and the chest clip should be at arm pit level; Meaning your child could possibly be ejected from their carseat in at accident. Why would you put your child at risk like that? Learn more about how to keep your kids safe in the car by reading your carseat manual, talking to a Child Passenger Safety Technician, or by doing a little more research. Get the facts. Don't trust random reviewers who don't know any better.

 "Great product" 2010-02-15
By Patty Shaw
I like this since I never like the straps of a carseat, they can really hurt ur newborn baby's skin. These are soft, can be used on both sides (reversible) and easy to use.

 "Does the job" 2010-02-10
By R. Bosma (Kentwood, MI)
I bought this to prevent the carseat straps from digging into my daughter's neck and leaving awful marks like it had been. Although it is currently winter and she is usually wearing a winter coat, it seems to do the job. If I find differently when it gets warm again I will add to the review. If you tighten the carseat straps enough I don't see how it would be any more unsafe than without them.

 "Good" 2009-12-15
By M. Woodruff
These are good, but they twist on the car seat shoulder straps. You have to straighten them out each time you put a child in the seat.

 "Good product" 2009-12-09
By Logie
I love these strap cover. very soft for baby's skin. The furry side is quite comfortable for my baby she rest her head on it. A good buy!

 "Very comfortable and cute!" 2009-12-04
By A. Lohr (Fredericksburg, VA)
These are perfect to keep the car seat straps from rubbing on my daughter's neck and shoulders. We've used them for 2 years. They are now being used on my son's car seat (reversed so pink side isn't showing). Durable, easy to clean, and very cute!
