I really loved the idea of this toy. A little windchime that was cute to look at...but I found that it was really hard to find a place to hang this that made it usable for my baby. It seems to be too big to hang in the usual places you might hang baby toys. I really ended up not using this toy very much at all. I'd look elsewhere if I had a do-over.

The squeaker in this colorful toy never fails to produce a grin! She provides plenty of stimulation for a young baby as well as older with her contrasting predominately black and white color scheme. As my daughter has begun to teethe on everything she has derived a lot of satisfaction from chewing on Patty's ring with spinning beads. She's easy enough to surface wash with a mildly soaped up warm cloth. If she gets a bit linty a lint roller cleans her up nicely. The flowers that she holds are texture filled and seem to be sewn in very well so I'm not too worried about them detaching and becoming a possible choking hazard. Overall, my kiddo and I are pretty satisfied with Patty.

I bought this as a clearance item at our local baby store - best [...] I ever spent! This was my daughter's first toy, and she has literally loved it since birth. The eyes completely mesmerized her as a newborn. As she has grown older, different aspects of the panda seem to come alive. She teethes on the rings, and now that she's working on her fine motor skills, she fingers the flowers for ages. This has always been a great toy to distract my daughter at the changing table or in the car.

The battery is a big bulky thing that connects to the screen through the bars and with any amount of tugging on the screen the battery falls right off onto the floor. The screen also shakes and doesnt run smoothly. Not at all the quality I was expecting.

I purchased this for my 4 month old grandson for a 1300 mile drive he was making with our family. We were in the car for about 11 hours a day. My goal was to give him enough different items to look at while on the long drive to keep his interest and keep in from getting bored and therefore cranky. I was able to attach this to the headrest of the seat he was in with little problems. But, he got bored with it very quickly - and maybe that is the goal - to help a child go to sleep.



This product plays a couple of tunes over and over again and the "scene" changes from spring, summer, fall, and winter with a light show in the background. Basically, the scene is on a scroll.



It will hook up just fine to his crib from IKEA and I am sure he will get some enjoyment out of it. The product was made well and it is actually larger than I expected.

I have a 2 year old who I thought this would be perfect for. She likes soothing things to help her go to sleep. But this is not soothing. It is so loud that she can't fall asleep to it and there is no way to lower the volume. I suppose if I hooked an mp3 player up to it that I could adjust the volume on the mp3 player itself, but haven't tried it yet.

She rarely uses it (just when she and her sister are playing house).

Oh and it makes a whirring and clicking sound as the scene moves. Real annoying.

My son absolutely loves this thing. I do have to say there is one down side to this. If you have a sleigh crib with the back that curves not the sides. You have to put this on the side where you let your bar up and down. Not only does it look tacky but it's not functional there. Also, sometimes you have to tap it a little hard to get it to turn on again (with new batteries). But my son loves to watch this so I would have to say all in all it's worth the money.

I purchased this item when my daughter was about 5 months old. She enjoys playing with the bee and ladybug spinner as well as banging on the rattle, even now at nearly 10 months. The mirror also is a popular feature with her.



We think this toy improved her disposition in the carseat, because it gave her something to engage with. Due to the position of the carrier in the back seat, she could not see much other than the seatback and seemingly became bored. The toy seemed to help that quite a bit.



It seems to stay in place well and can be slid out of the way when you need to access the baby. The only thing I'd say is a negative is that when you rotate the carseat handle up, unless you remove the toy, it blocks full retraction behind the hood of our Chicco Keyfit 30. This position makes it more likely that you'll bump the baby's head on the toy as you take her out of the carseat. It's a fairly minor inconvenience compared to the enjoyment she gets from the toy.

We had this on our maxi cosi mico car seat since baby was old enough to notice it (6 weeks). We just transitioned to the big car seat, and I am really sad she can't have this in front of her anymore. It's GREAT for keeping baby busy while you're on long car rides or out to a grown up dinner. And, while in the beginning she was only able to look at it, now, at 6 months, she still loves spinning the spinners, and trying to bite everything...I wish there was a way to attach this to the big car seat....I still plan on keeping it in the diaper bag for restaurant high chair play. Great product (like every Lamaze product we own)!

First I have to say that I absolutely love Lamaze toys. I bought Princess Sophie after looking for a Lamaze toy that was a doll rather than an animal. This one is perfect! My four-month-old baby girl loves to look at toys that have eyes and Sophie has big eyes. The crinkly skirt is a favorite feature but by far the best is the ring with beads. I also bought the Emily doll from Lamaze but I didn't like it as much. Emily is much bigger and makes more noise, which to me can be too distracting. I like that Sophie is more petite. Freddie the Firefly is still my daughter's favorite at the moment but I think she's going to like Sophie much longer as she gets bigger.

My wife and I bought Kerry the Fairy for our 9 week old daughter and she loves it. She is just beginning to reach for things and the doll has crinkly textures that really engage our baby. We also have "Celeste" and "Princess Sophie", however our baby seems to prefer Kerry the Fairy. I believe this is due to her colors - with red hair, it is one of the first things a baby can see very well, once they develop beyond black and white. The rings and clips on Kerry the Fairy and the other Lamaze toys seem extremely durable, and we hang the doll from the top of the stroller, on the diaper bag, on the rail of the co-sleeper, and along our bed foot board, allowing us position Kerry the Fairy in many places. Our daughter seems to like her enough to vocalize "talking" to her and the doll keeps our baby's attention for hours!

I got Jacques the Peacock for my dayghter when she was 2,5 months old. She instantly fell in love with it. Then I bought the worm and she loved it to. She wrestles with it till this day and enjoys biting on the "legs". The Stretch the Giraffe, however, is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. She is not interested in it at all. It does not do much. The rattles are very quiet and the teeting rings are very hard to bite as they are on the giraffe's neck and there is rally no way for my daughter to get to them... I say buy it for a 2-3 mo old because older children will not find it amusing.
