I tried this and it would not keep my carseat off the ground. The carseat was too heavy or I could not get it cinched tight enough. After fiddling with it for 20 mins with my toddler standing and waiting for me, I just dragged my carseat through the airport strapped to the suitcase with everyone staring at me. No way would I put my kid in it. Waste of money.

I recently purchased the Traveling Toddler and the Tote-A-Tot Car Seat Travel Accessories. After test driving both in the house, I returned the Tote-A-Tot as it felt less secure than the Traveling Toddler, mainly because of the use of plastic buckles on the Tote-A-Tot versus metal rings on the Traveling Toddler. The Traveling Toddler is also less expensive than the Tote-A-Tot.



When I put my daughter in the carseat with the Tote-a-Tot, the straps strained when I pushed her around. I was afraid they would pop open at some point.



I was happy with my decision as the Traveling Toddler worked wonderfully on my trip -- see separate review under that product.

I first saw one of these Toteatot's while I was traveling with my husband and children...enviously looking at it as we were breaking a sweat carrying two of our kids' car seats plus our carryon bag and the laptop and holding our kids hands while trying not to lose our minds.



I always remembered it, but not the name. Our next trip was getting close and I searched for it on the web and found it! And I saw some questionable reviews as well. But I bought them (two). What a difference! I had one child to tow, car seat, carryon, and yes all with ONE hand. And my husband had our youngest, with car seat, and another carryon, and our oldest is out of a car seat and walked along side.



We were contained, composed, and not sweating getting through the airports. And the best part was having the car seats on the plane...when we landed, we did the unimaginable! We were able to move our daughter, still buckled into her car seat, from the airplane seat, right onto the rolling carryon and go right down the aisle of the plane and into the airport. It was magical. Zero quality problems. Would highly recomend, unless of course you like the sweat factor traveling with all the kiddos.



P.S. Liked having the carryon luggage with the essentials packed. We've had the lovely experience of landing with lost luggage and that's the nightmare you don't want to live with kids.



P.P.S. Who wants to pay the $$ for checking the extra bags as the airlines now impose? You might as well carryon. And use it as a stroller at the same time while towing your kids.

I spent hundreds of dollars buying new car seats trying to help my child sleep better in the car. The best solution for our sleepy traveler has been the RestUpRight pillow. I researched this product before I bought it and found that it had great reviews. I was so excited and thought I had finally found something to help my 4 yr old daughter from slouching over on her booster chair sleeping and bobbing her head around. I am very upset and frustrated to find that it does not work. Her body still slouches over to the side just not forward so it only half helped. I wish I never bought it!!!!!!!!! Waste of money!! Does anyone have any suggestions to help.

Yes, it is bizarre-looking. But the design is fantastic and my daughter (4 years) asks for it every time she feels sleepy. It just works. No more slumpy-headed, snoring kid! I haven't found the various attachments and hand pocket very useful. She just hugs it and it does the trick. I must admit, though, that I have lost the other foam bits to make it longer. Oh well. I'll be buying another one for my one-year-old.

I bought one of these for each of my kids, ages 4 and 7. Even though it says it's recommended for ages 3-6, it works great for my kids. I even tried it and it's very comfortable. Regular neck pillows don't work for my kids and standard bed pillows are too big and don't stay in place. I wish I would've found this a few years ago!

Okay, it looks weird! And yes they have to get used to the idea. But honestly it is the right thing! I tried other pillows and wasted money on them. This one works even for me! I know it says ages 3-6 but I can even use it and have taken it on airplane rides for me. I like it more then neck pillows. just have to support it with something so that it is long enough from my leg to my neck. At first I waited until the kids fall asleep and then just slip it in place. They sleep comfortably then. No more head falling forward. Then when they get used to the idea of it they hold it on their own. Getting another one so both kids have one and don't fight over it. Going to sell my barely used Toddler Coddler pillow that doesn't work to stop the head falling forward issue. Don't give up on this pillow! It is worth it!

The 1st impression I had when I received this pillow is that I got scammed. It is only a piece of foam cut into weird shape, worth about [...]. My son hates it. We brought it with us in a long trip, and it was only for my husband to put on his back seat. I would not recommend this to anyone.

My three year old grandson likes the cover on this pillow and finds it cuddly, but it's perhaps too complex for him to use just yet as he hasn't got the idea that he needs to hold it in front of himself and rest his head on it. It is also too tall, even with the pieces removed. However, it was easy to cut off another piece that I saved for later. Love the idea, but judgement is still out as to whether he'll use it or not.

I purchased this for an upcoming 8-hour trip with our 4-year-old. We had the opportunity to try it out last weekend on a 2-hour trip and it worked perfectly. He slept the entire ride home using it. We had to coach him a little at first regarding keeping it under his chin to work properly. He caught on quickly and we had no issues with it. I'm relieved we found something that will allow him to rest comfortably during our upcoming trip. I highly recommend this product.

I've been using this product for about 3 years now for my 5 year old daughter. When she falls asleep I just tuck it under her head and it keeps her head from slumping over awkwardly. It is soft and the outer cover is washable. There are two cushions inside (each about 2 inches tall) that can be removed to adjust the height of the pillow as your child grows.
